I have had my tank for about 6 months, and in the last month it started to go green.
I restricted the time the lights were on and made sure that no light could get through the window during the day but it got worse and worse
It got to the point where i couldn't see more than 15cm into the tank! i had used some clear stuff and stress zyme which didn't really help.
I went to the fish shop up the road and they told me not to tell my lights on at all for about 2 weeks, checking every few days to see if it improving.
I was also told by someone else not to do a water change.
It is now thankfully starting to get better, but i am concerned that i need to do a water change as its been just over 2 weeks
I have been putting a few drops of seachem prime in as well as checking the Ph to make sure it is good.
So, shall i do a water change and is what im doing correct?
Cheers
