Tank From Neighbours Garden

Hi all,

Just picked up a tank from a neighbours garden, dimensions are 30x15x15. Need some suggestions please

Question are:

1. What type of lighting unit will fit this, want good quality as im aiming for this to be planted. Will a luminaire be my best option?
2. I would like good filtration, any recommendations for a tank this size?
3. co2 unit, again good quality, but hopefully not one to bust the bank
