Substrate for Dwarf Otto / Bristlenose

I got me a 20 gallon tank and am planning on tetras andeither abristlenose or some ottos.
Whatwould they prefere in the bottom? a fine round gravel or sand?
Lastly - it currently has only aninternal filter designed for the tank, should i add an airstone for better o2 content?

Either substrate will be fine, its upto u really.

U can add an air pump if u like, our u could just point the filter outlet towards the surface to disturb it, this will also add more o2 to the tank

I'd go with sand. otto's and the plecs love to play in it B)

I love the look and easy maintainence of the sand (and it's cheap ) but if your filter is an undergravel you would be better off with the fine gravel as sand will clog UGFs.
