Hello

I have a lot of Nano Aquariums, where I want some snails in, to help with eating leftovers feed.

My Nano aquariums is 5,5 litre, so I'd like to find a type of snails there are quite small and I can control, so they do not take over the entire aquarium.

Help wanted.

Your best bet is to feed pellets and monitor how much is being dropped to ensure the critters eat them. What do you have in a tank that small?

It's possible, albeit difficult, to maintain a pico of that size. My 2.5g, before it leaked, was only a little bigger. Snail wise, best bests are dwarf ceriths and perhaps a small nassarius.

So maybe like this amount

1-2 dwarf ceriths

1 nassarius vibex

And that's it. But before you go running along. How long has this tank been setup and can we see a picture? I'd love to see details on a tank this small. Picos are my thing, though mine are much larger, would love a very small one one day. Just for inverts and softies.
