Potentially yes. But a very small movement of the valve will probably greatly increase or decrease the flow. It may be impossible to gt the flow just right with that type of valve.

Just provide them with the hose inner diameter and and that you want very fine adjustment capability. You can get the valve in brass or stainless steel . I would recommend stainless steel.
