Should I isolate my black molly?

Hi, this is my black Molly and I’ve noticed these white kind of bumps around it’s mouth and everything I looked up said it was some type of bacteria but I’m not too sure what do you think I should do?

Can you post some more pictures of the fish, and a short video clip if possible?

I don't know if it's a bacterial infection but it's really really cool. It looks like pearl teeth

How long have you had the fish for?
Have you checked the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH & GH?
If yes, what were the results?

How long has the tank been set up for?

How often do you do water changes and gravel cleans?

What else is in the tank?
