Howdy folks,
I'm cycling my tank right now in preparation for a little yabbie (blue crayfish). Since they appreciate slightly harder, more basic water, I want to put something in the tank to change the chemistry. I know limestone will do the trick, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to find any. In case I don't find any, can I use a cuttlebone? I've heard them suggested for helping inverts recover...would it be too much though? Thanks for any help!
