question about eggs and salt

I was trying to set up this brine shrimp hatchery my friend sent me and I spilled quite a bit of salt into my tank. My fish spawned last night. The rams are the only fish (besides the eggs) in the tank. Is the salt going to hurt the fish or their eggs. Should I do a water change. I couldn't even say how much I spilled in there. Or will it be ok?

I would do a water change, it is safer then having unknown amounts of salt in the tank.
