Problem with tank

My aquarium has a wooden lid and all of a sudden loads of condensation has appeared and started to make the wood expand.is there anything i can do to stop this because if it carries on the lid isnt goin to fit and it looks awful.please help.the temperature of the water is 25c.

if your tank is a standard size then you can get condensation trays that sit on top of the tank but below the hood.

You can buy glass or plastic plates that you put one top of the tank before the lid.
