Powerhead to diffuse C02

im thinking of using a powerhead insted of an airstone/bell combination to difuse the c02 into the water and was just wondering want strength powerhead should i get so as not to create to much current in the water, the waters moving around a bit already due to my HOB filter. Whats the liter per hour rating should i look for ?
