I've had my tank up and running for about a month now, my tank cycled very quickly (about two weeks, I attribute this to using filter/gravel/plants/ornaments from an established tank) and now have 6 fish in my tank. 3 Platys, 2 Mollys and 1 male Betta. My question is is it normal for bubbles/small particles to be put into the water when I put my hand in?

I have a very strong filter, 1200L/per hour when its at max, but there always seems to be tiny bubbles and very small particles in my water, when I put my hand in more seem to be added in the water that rise up to the top in about a minute, maybe less.

Is this normal? I do a 20% water change weekly where I clean the gravel and top up with fresh water.

Bubbles (oxygen) is needed for the fish.
You need the good aeration system.
Your filter should pick up the bits. Make sure you wash your hands before you put your hands in the tank.

But try and keep your hands out as much as possible.
