Need The Glass Top With The Correct Size...help!

Above picture is just an example to show you. This is what I have now. 
 
Hi, anyone know what company have the correct size of the glass top I need for my tank. I have to return one, brand Tetra which show 36" X 18"  did not fit as I measured the glass its show.
 
34 3/4 X 14 1/2. It came from Petco. Even though the box said it fits 36 X 18. The clerk said to bring it back and refund me the $. The clerk said to try online with Aqueon for the size. 
Anyone had this problem yet? Thanks jackie

Have you a local glazier who could cut a piece to size for you?

you could have a local glass shop cut it for you and then you could glue a handle on the glass using epoxy--if you want a 2 piece top with a hinge, you could use a plastic sheet material cut to size and use silicone to glue it to the 2 pieces of glas
