Hi Guys,
A friend of mine purchased a pair of Apistogramma Agassizi "fire" fish. The female died within a few days which I am assuming was a problem from the LFS and the male became hostile towards his Discus. Obviously the Discus took pride of place and I 'adopted' the agassizi.
He seems to have settled in nicely into my tank and gets on well with the Guppy and two Platties. My only worry is that I can't find anything on caring for this type of fish. What is the best temperature and what kind of tank mates can you mix with them? Are they easy to breed or do they need special enviroments? Any other infromation on this fish would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
