Male and Female Blue Ram

I have a male and female ram in a 33 gallon community tank

I was wondering if it's best to just keep the 2 of them together or if I should get more males? or if I should get more females?

I have 2 females to 1 male which seems to be a good balance, maybe get another female (42 gallon tank)
