Hi all,

My plants arrived from java plants yesterday , I got the 85 pc tropical collection, good selection of plants, pretty impressed!

Anyway I am aware that I do not have enough lighting in my tank (currently 1 wat p/g). I need to know how to put more lights under my hood and I was wondering if anyone here has previously found a solution.

My lid is a clear seal one, and the tube slots into clips screwed into the hood. I really have no idea how i will be able to get another two bulbs in there . Are there special clips which can hold more than one bulb?

you drill more holes and put in another bulb at the front and at the back if your current one is in the middle, you have to buy a new starter unit with every bulb and teh clips coem with them

You can get T5 compacts which are 3 times the power of normal bulbs and only cost a little more.
