Would this work: Ecoxotic 24 Inch Stunner 12 Watt LED Strip
for a 6-20 gal reef aquarium for soft and LPS corals it has 48 LED's in 5 colors. Probably going on a Fluval Edge but possibly regular tank.
 
It stands for Photosynthetically Available Radiation.

Have you got any data on them?

Well they seem to be quite a flexible system which is good.

I would start with the 12000K/445nm Blue LED Strip which is a colour temp that I find pleasing to the eye. I would get the optional reflector right from the start. The good thing is that you can always add more strips later if you find that they aren't bright enough.
