Keeping Pond Fish In An Aquarium?

Hi,

I am new to keeping aquariums, but have kept fish in a pond for a few years now.

About 2 years ago all my pond fish died mysteriously except for one black goldfish / crossed koi.

I want to know if I can move this fish indoors into an aquarium and potientially keep tropical fish with it?

Your advice would be very helpful

my indoor tropical aquarium is sitting at 24C unheated a koi wouldnt enjoy that and you would require a uuuuuuuuuge tank and super filteration.

i was round someones house the otherday well builder merchants in this guys back yard and he had some doors in part of his house..........there were these 4 posts rising to the ceiling with a raised bed containing quite a large pond............in his house!!! so if youve got the room

buy the outdoor fish some friends and if you want an indoor aquarium i would reccomend going tropical
