I can't tell if she's squared off or not. She's been sleeping and hiding a lot today

When the office where I worked had live bearers it was less a question of "when are they giving birth" and more a question of "when will they stop giving birth" as the tank became overrun.

I wish you the best of luck and hope you don't end up with overcrowding. :)

The way she looks right now, there won't be that much fry. She could also be in an earlier stage of pregnancy.

Hello athey. If your Platy is close to dropping her fry, you can speed up the process by performing larger and more frequent water changes and use slightly warmer water. The flush of warmer, fresher water will encourage the birth process. Also, add some floating plants like Anacharis and Hornwort. These will provide a hiding place for the fry. Also, start feeding more and more often. If the adult fish are well fed, they'll leave the fry alone.
