It is a toss between the top one and fifth for my fav.

I tried doing something like that many years ago. I had a little bridge that went over it too. Unfortunately, it had to be redone every single day and I gave up as a result lol. It seemed like it needed some kind of a barrier against the substrate to not be super-high maintenance.

Yeah, unfortunately many of these landscapes are hardly looking like that for most of the time. It involves some fair amount of work daily to maintain it. I prefer something more practical. Like this one for example:
