I cant get my pictures onto the Forum

I cant get my pictures onto the forum because I havnt gt any computer programs such as paint shop pro and I havnt gt paint that works either. Is there any other way in which I can add pics onto the forum with out using paint programs (e.g paint shop pro etc)

I really want to show you my fish they are beautifull
