honey gourami

hi i have 1 honey gourami in my 15 gallon community tank with 5 black neon 2 chequard barbs 2 corys , my honey gourami is realy shy just hides all day and hardly gets any food as the other fish are to quick i was wondering if it woul be ok to get another honey gourami as a friend or would they fight.

Yes, You definetly Need Another Honey Gourami. They are very sociable fish and enjoy other of their Kinds Company. I have 4 and the are very nice.

You will enjoy their Feeler Fights. They Square up to each other and then Duel it out.

And when i say Fight, I mean that they Fence more than Fight.
