when a hermit crab molts should we remove the molt? or leave it there? will they eat it? ect...?

You could also remove it and dry it for your own "home made curio"

This also helps to record the crab's growth. However, finding the shed skin of a Dwarf Hermit Crab in a full-fledged reef tank is about as likely as being struck by lightening. In my experiences, anyway.
