Hello All

Hello, I'm just starting my first tank and have been fishing (sorry, couldn't resist) around lots of forums looking for information and ideas. I have a 55 gallon tank(it's the TopFin kit) that I have planted with Ludwigia repens, Egeria densa and Echinodorus macrophyllus. I added 5 Zebra Danios and started my cycle about 3 weeks ago. I'm starting to get excited because all my plants are growing very well (I even have a new baby plant that has sprouted!) and my water chemistry is getting close to time to add new fish! My Ammonia has read 0 the last 2 days and my Nitrites have been dropping steadily. I hope to pester everyone with a ton of questions over the next few months as I get my tank established.

to the forums. Sounds like you are on the right track. Be sure to do some research into compatibility before adding the new ones. the good people here can give you lots of advice.
