Guppy - sudden growth on belly

Hi guys,
New to the forum here.
introduced 4 x guppies to a new tank (around 2 weeks since set up) today, and suddenly noticed one has a growth from the belly. Images attached.
Has anyone seen this before? No other guppy has it, and we didn’t notice right away, leading us to believe it may have happened at some point today!

is it still there? if not im positive your guppy was just pooping.

If it IS still there then maybe look into anchor worms? ...but it could just be a very chunky poop lol
