My guppy has been pushing since 8am this morning she gave birth to one dead fry and one live but nothing since even though she's still pushing. I can see the start of the fry appearing but then it goes back inside. She's pushing and wriggling but can't seem to get it out. Is there anything I can do I'm really worried. Thanks in advance

sorry not the best pic but it's hard to get one. On closer inspection it looks like a bunch of egg and she's starting to look poorly to me. It might just be because I'm worried but I'm scared I'm going to lose her

Did you put her in a breeding trap?

Best thing for pregnant guppies is to leave them in the main tank with lots of plants and no stress.

There is nothing you can do to help with the labour other than keep other fish away from them and provide lots of hiding places for the fry. Floating plants like Water Sprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides) is the best but any plant that floats near the surface will do.
