That is a Chinese algae eater. Get rid of it as soon as you can. They are mean suckers and will attack your fish. Did you just notice those red spots or have they been on there since you got him? I see a DG, yoyo loach, lots of molly babies, etc. Your male looks bloated by the way. I would really sell most of those off as they will only reproduce again which will cause defects and bad mutations you don't want.
