Gold Fish Issues

Does anyone know what's wrong with this gold fish as I've checked ph levels it's fine between 7.5 and 8

omg, is that his main tank? what kind of tank was he kept in (how many gallons), what were the water parameters (looks like hes dead :l) and we need more info and possibly better pic

I agree, we'll need more parameters than pH. (Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate if you can) I'm not sure what it is right now, but there are many experienced members on here that can help you out more.

I'd definitely like a side view picture, that fish looks like it's just a head and a tail. More tank parameters and tank size, too.

He seems pretty dormant, something is not right, i am not an expert on this but hope you sort out the issue.
