Frog Fish/angler Fish Feeding And More Questions

I just got an angler/frog fish today and I can't find any good information on how often to feed it. I've seen once a week and ive seen twice a day, big difference. Anyone know how often to feed them?

Also there's hermit crabs in the same tank as it, and until it was acclimating I never thought about if it would eat the hermit crabs or not. Is this a possibility and should they be removed? (blue legged hermit crabs to be exact)

Always reserch before you buy frogfish cant go in with anyother fish as they will get eatting and yes remove those herrmit crabs now

When they're younger the need more frequent smaller feedings at least daily, once they're bigger, they do good with larger less frequent feedings more like every other day.

Would it choke if it tried to eat a hermit crab?

Depends, how big is the crab and how big is the fish?

Well hes definately big enough to eat it and be okay, I just didnt know about what would happen to the shell
