Friend Is Having A Problem

recently my friend has this discus that is being wooed by a chocolate chiclid (sp) i was wondering if they had fry, would they be able to live and survive and even possible to breed? just asking. dont know squat bout hybrids but told myfriend to ask anyway.

No they cant cross. I would also watch out as chocolates can ve quite aggressive when they want to and may be too much for the discus.
