I was in a rush and went to just tip some food into the tank and dropped a whole 75g pot of Tetra Prima into the tank I've turned the filter off but what should i do next?

Get a net and start fishing out all the food.

you caould do a small water change

Get most of the food out with the net, do a gravel and and a water change, then test water an hour later to make sure everything is fine.

use a net then the gravel vac to clear the rest out.
