Female Gold Severum dying, can’t lay eggs

She has been trying to lay eggs over one week now. Yesterday she would not eat, turned away from food and blood worms. Tonight she is almost laying on the gravel, leaning on things in the tank. Her belly is still enlarged with eggs. Is there anything I can do to help her?

Has she got her egg laying tube sticking out or is she just really fat?

If a fish has become fat very quickly, over night or within 2 days, and the fish has stopped eating, is breathing heavily and having trouble keeping balance, the fish is not pregnant but is probably dying from an internal infection like Tuberculosis.

What are her exact symptoms and when did they start?
