I was trying to swat a few house flys today, when i caught the fly paper stuck on the ceiling with the towel, which pulled down and landed on the dog :shout:

Anyways abby not too chuffed at me tugging at her fur trying to get the fly paper off of her, which i eventually did,but realised she became a mass of sticky fur :grr: ,i couldn't get it off so ended up trimming her fur to get the sticky goo off!

Poor Abby

Sad for Abby, but I bet it was also funny  . Maybe rubbing some peanut butter into her fur would have helped remove the stickiness, it's one of the best (but not necessarily the cleanest) ways to remove chewing gum from hair.

I can laugh about it now

It was just unfortunate that abby just happen to walk by at that moment

That and maybe hot water and degreasing dish soap like Dawn or something. Maybe not hot water... but I guess very warm water?
