Do These Fish Look Healthy To You?

Hi Guys
Went to a certain tourist attraction earlier in the week, and saw these tangs. Looked in terrible state to me, what do you guys think. Maybe i'll complain.

From the photos they dont look particularly healthy. That being said though we dont know anything about them. They might be recent additions or even rescued/abandoned fish from a home aquarium.

It may just be the lighting but those fish look pretty rough man.

looked very rough and scared when i saw them, refuse to come out of hiding.

THey are probably just new additions or suffering from a freak outbreak. I'm not sure that a tourist attraction would let that sort of thing fly if they could help it.

Thats a lot of algae for a public display aquarium.
