Dead Tetra =(

I came back from work this afternoon and I found a dead flame tetra on the bottom of my tank =/

what's horrible is that it seems like it was eaten and picked at! all the fins were gone and also it's eyes =(

am I not feeding them enough?

my water is currently at:

ph: 7.4
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: .1 (not exactly the light shade of blue on the chart but not nearly dark enough to jump to the next level)
Nitrate: 15
Temp: 78C

Dead fish typically get picked at. As for the cause of death, that would be next to impossible to determine. Do the rest of your fish look heathly? The cause of death was likely to have been the result of something other than under feeding.
