Cloudy Eyes In A Datnoid

As stated in the title, I have a datnoid that has cloudy eyes, but that is not the main problem. The eyes are clearing from frequent water changes, which is great. The problem is, I'm going out of town for two weeks starting Sunday and I was wondering what things I could do before I go to help clear up the problem. I obviously won't be able to do waterchanges while I'm gone, but is there something I can add to the water to make sure it doesn't get worse when I am unable to do anything about it?

EDIT: BTW, this picture was taken right when he went into my tank, so that's why the colors are faded and the eyes are looking a bit better now.
