I am relatively new to tropical fish keeping but have bred a few "easy" breeders like Danio. However due to a bust heater a few months ago i lost some of the fish. I only have 1 female Zebra Danio left and 4 males, and i`d rather try and breed my own than buy some. She looks "full" at the moment and have spent all of today trying to catch her...not constantly obviously, but throughout the day. The eggs don`t survive in the tank...too many hungry bottom dwellers/snails so i set up a little breeding tank. Can i catch a her? Can i `eck! Can anyone give me any tips on how to catch the little blighter please with as little disruption as possible to the main tank? Thankyou!
