Can't ID pleco

I'm helping my neighbor with her aquarium and she has 2 plecos and an oscar. I have no idea what one of the plecos is. Right now it's only 4 inches long.
I don't have a pic of it, so I'll just describe it the best I can.
It has hundreds of very small black spots on a white/cream colored background. It's definitely not a gibby. It also has a few VERY faint, wide black stripes on the end of its body, and the bottom tail fin is very dark (nearly black) and fades out into the white/cream color with black spots.
Any clue?

It really doesn't look like one at all
Maybe it looks odd because it's young... even though I have never seen a common look like that at that length.
I have been searching Planet Catfish for an hour, and I have found nothing.

it fades my lfs had them so i looked up on them its not to vclose but wrth a shot

Nope, not a L200.

I think I found him though... at least this is the closest I've come.

The pic looks like an L205. At 4in., he should be full-grown.

I would agree it is L205 also known as Peckoltia Brevis, if its isn't please let us know.
