Brown Looking Algae

I recently changed over my tank, added a load of plants and started dosing ferts and liquid carbon every other day. I'm now getting a brown looking algae with little hairs growing on my anubius.

i have a couple of pics: (taken on my i-phone, sorry!)

can anyone please help how i can stop it growing and how to remove it
