just wondering i have little fry what do i feed them will they eat aglae stright away or ...... do i have feed them something if i have to feed what do i feed them

they eat algae straight away... but they will also eat cucumber if your low on algae in the tank... it's funny seeing a piece of cucumber swamed with bristle noses

how do i prepare the cucumber?? how whould i cut for them do i need to cook it in any way??

cut it into sections - say 2 inches long and then cut it along its length...

Plant weights will hold it on the bottom (it floats otherwise)

no cooking needed.

nope if you cut it along its lenght the soft middle will be available...

dont leave it in there for too long as in goes funny - 24 will be fine (if it lasts that long )

had no idea the lil guys would love their cucumber so mch,
so that guy ate all that in one day?
is there any competition?

that was in the small tank... not much competition in there althought the clowns normally eat it too. he'll stand his ground though, to the point he'll chase mrs bristle away if she munches for too long.

I'll take a piccy of it now lol, i didnt take it out cos when ever i went to he was on it or next to it....

right now he's still munching. oh untill i got the camera out
