Hey there all you other fishaholics!

I started out dismally in fish (about September 04 or so?)... saw those horrid betta peace lily vases while living in the US and when I got back home (Perth, Australia) thought it would be a neat idea. Needless to say Sushi died :stupid: Was given a small tank and got more bettas (Sashimi, Tempura, Wasabi, Miso, Soba....) Was doing well til something wiped them all out

Now I have a 6x2x2 tank and have

• 4 angels
• 5 black/albino widow tetras
• 15-20 neon tetras
• 5 cardinal tetras
• 3 corys
• 3 banana catfish
• 3 apple snails
• 6 blind cave tetras
• 2 blue rams
• 1 bolivian butterfly
• 1 kissing gourami
• 5 pristella x-ray tetras
• 6 serpae tetras
• 8 hockey sticks
• 6 red finned glass tetras
• 6 glass catfish
• ... and one elephant-nose! (just got him today, his name's Bubba)

Also have a livebearer and a juvenile fry tank. Nary a death now! No more bettas for me, my broken heart is still mending...

... and the best thing is, I got the 6 footer plus an Eheim powerhead for FREE!

Turns out a friend needed a loan and the aquarium was the "interest"! How is THAT?! hehee...



Oh and BTW, germanshepherdlver that's a stunning betta you have there as your avatar... me getting broody just looking at it *sob*
