Bloodfin Tetras With A White Fin?

I have 4 or 5 Bloodfin Tetras (not sure if I lost one). Anyway, the tips of their bottom fins are turning white. Is this normal?

I have some green flame tetra which are pretty similar in colour (despite their name), and one of mine has white on the tips of it's fins. Aparently this appears on only the males.

yes it is normal it is a sign of sexual maturity.

Ok, I understand about them possibly being males, but one of them is very fat, almost bloated looking.
