Black Neon Has Red Spot Near Anal Fin

hi guys just put my light on the tank and my black neon has a red spot near her anl fin, i think its where she poops looks like if one of the other fish has had a go at it but not sure as i have never seen it before anyone help as to what it might be many thanks sharpy

If its a red spot does it look like blood but it bacterial and you will need a strong bacterial med.

could be neon tetra disease and is very hard to treat and dont know any medicine that cure it except esha 2000 keep an eye on it because it can spread
