This was one of my guys, I accidentally sucked him up in the siphon hose while doing a water change. 10mm hose.

I didn’t know that, presumably that was the end of him? He was a beautiful fish.

Yes sadly. He got sucked into the hose and the only way to get him out was to blow air into the hose. I now have a screen on the hose.
