BBA treatment dosage?

Hi guys! I'm getting ready to do the Excel method to finally treat my BBA and am wondering what the dosage is (65 gallon tank) and the dosing recommendation time wise is. I would say a LARGE majority of my tank is over run with it, and I want to try to get rid of as much as possible, but still be safe to my fish. I have CO2 planned in the future to help continually combat this problem as well. Thank you!
