I was wondering if anyone here does biathlon becasue where I live (calgary canada) not many people do

Hmm what about walking and sitting, no
Cycling and walking, but I can only cycle short distances before I fall off the bike. I have a big right arm from lifting beer cans all day. That fixes my right bicep, now for the left one, lifting the tv remote
sorry the most exercise my heart gets is when I have a heart attack and they defib me back to life
