Angel Lying On Tank Bottom

My Angel fish started swimming at funny angles last week and is now lying on the bottom of the tank as he appears to be too heavy to swim. He's not eating much but doesn't seem in any distress. The other fish, cory's neons, plattys all seem to be ok and I haven't added any fish for over a year. Any ideas what is wrong and how I can help him?

i'm guessing swim bladder infection. your lfs should have the suitable medications
