Amount of water in pond

Hi.Have just finished constructing my garden pond.
The dimensions are;Length9ft.xWidth 7ftx 2ft deep.
Im going to buy a pump,filter,etc...and think it might make it easier if i knew how many gallons i have.

go there and add pond size ,i think you multiply by 7.? but not sure

yours works out at 784.9 Gallons (uk)

7.9 gallons to a cubic foot I believe but your pond isnt an exact rectangular box so that measurement doesnt hold true. If you do the calculus you will get an exact answer but the best way is to simply time how long it takes to fill a 5 gallon bucket and then time how long it takes to fill the pond and mash the numbers together.
