Amount Of Gravel Required?

g'day again ,
In my new 34 litre tank (i've had for a few weeks now), i've got about 2.5 - 3cm of gravel. Is this enough or should i add more? This is only my second tank in owning, my first tank i had way to much gravel.

In undergravel filters u need at least 2" of gravel, if its not a undergravel filter then its just personal prefrence on how u want it
