Algae

Ok well i have this kinda big pond that has i think it is algae because it grow on the side of the pond and is like a fluffy type. I am about to put my white clouds in it and wondering if this will effect them? Will they eat it?

What size is the pond and is it filtered? If so what kind of filtration?
