20 Gallon Tank Recommendations

I'm really close to buying a 20 gal tank with these fish
1 Red Flame Dwarf Gourami
5 GloFish
1 Otocinclus
1 Bristlenose Pleco
2-3 Sparkling Gourami
4-10 Neon Tetras
1-2 Ghost Shrimp

I wanted maybe a little more variety in my tank if possible. Any recomendations of what Freshwater fish to get? I was thinking about a Brown Crayfish and I saw some cool tetra thing at the specialized LFS. Any recommendations?

The crayfish would 1; eat your fish and 2; grow too big for a 20 gallon, so don't put that in!

Tanks, in general look better with larger numbers of one or two species rather than a few of many, plus the fish will be happier and act more naturally. The oto is a very social fish and would like some buddies and both the glofish and the neons would rather have 6+ in their shoals.

I have no idea what the 'cool tetra thing' might be; there are literally hundreds of tetra species, so we'd need some more info on that before we could comment.
